Stephanie Caldwell, PE, LEED
AP
Of her 18 years of
professional experience,
Stephanie has practiced
engineering in southwest
Florida since 2005. Upon graduation in
1995 with her bachelor’s
degree in civil engineering,
Stephanie promptly moved to
Jacksonville and began her
career as an engineer
intern. Throughout 2003 and
2004, she spent time in
Alabama and Tennessee
working alongside her
husband at big box retail
construction sites. This
valuable time afforded her
the opportunity to acclimate
herself with the
construction side of the
development process.
Stephanie’s professional
credentials include her
professional engineer’s
license obtained in 2000 and
most recently, her
professional accreditation
in Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design (LEED
AP), achieved in early
2009. Although she did
not further pursue an
application for a license,
she did sit for and pass the
State of Florida General
Contractor's examination in
2006. Her mixture of
education, accreditations,
relationships with
permitting agencies, and
relevant experience
contribute to the overall
and cumulative success of
her career.
In 2009, Stephanie decided
to strike out on her own in
order to provide public and
private clients with the
type of service she has
always provided as an
engineer working for
others. Besides design
knowledge, Stephanie
understands the key to a
successful project lies in
the strong relationship and
continual communication
between professional and
client. Stephanie has
founded
Greensite Engineering
on the precept of providing
exemplary client service and
cost-effective design
solutions at reasonable
fees. Stephanie's
strong personal and
professional work ethic
shines through on all of her
projects, as evidenced by
the favorable relationships
she's forged through the
years.
